2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the GetDone mobile application and website.
• "User" or "Customer" means any person who accesses or uses the Platform to book Services.
• "Service Provider" or "Partner" means any business or individual registered on the Platform to provide services to Users.
• "Services" means the home services, professional services, or other services offered through the Platform.
• "Content" means any text, images, reviews, ratings, or other materials posted on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

• We act as an intermediary between Users and Service Providers
• We do not provide the services ourselves but facilitate the connection
• Service Providers are independent contractors, not our employees
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Service Providers
• We may display availability and pricing, but these are subject to change

6. Payments

All payments for services booked through the Platform are processed as follows:

• You agree to pay all charges at the rates in effect when incurred
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions
• We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card details
• Payments are typically processed after service completion, unless otherwise specified
• We may charge a platform fee for use of our Services
• In case of fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to reverse payments

7. User Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking services
• Be present or available during the scheduled service time, or provide appropriate access
• Ensure a safe working environment for Service Providers
• Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Provide respectful and professional communication with Service Providers

8. Service Provider Terms

If you are a Service Provider using our Platform:

• You must maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance
• You are responsible for the quality and completion of services
• You agree to background checks and verification processes as required
• You must maintain professional conduct and appearance
• You must arrive at appointments on time or notify Users of delays
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for your own taxes and business operations

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair to both Users and Service Providers.

• Cancellation by User: You may cancel a booking subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply if done within [500] hours of the scheduled service.
• Cancellation by Service Provider: If a Service Provider cancels, we will help you find a replacement or refund your payment.

10. Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

11. Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform
• We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of Service Providers
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for services
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion.

• We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• Provisions regarding payments, liability, and intellectual property will survive termination

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and other countries, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
